Changelog
What changed in scoco for everyone, newest first.
Your voice speaks every language
When a call switches language, your assistant keeps speaking in the voice you chose. Until now a fixed native-speaker voice took over in 19 languages. It reads a German address back with the house number in the caller's language.
24 new voices
Your assistant now speaks with new voices, 24 instead of 16. Ten speak German without an accent, fourteen speak German with an accent. If you have not picked one of the new voices yet, your assistant speaks with a German voice of the same gender. Under Voice & language you can listen to all of them and pick another.
Lost second factor: help from support
If nobody in your account can help, for example as its only owner, support resets your second factor after checking your identity. It happens only 24 hours after the e-mail announcing it, and signing in with the second factor calls it off.
Test calls no longer transfer or book appointments
On a test call your assistant no longer puts anyone through and enters no appointment in your calendar. Instead of transferring, it says that it would put the caller through now in a real call. Webhooks receive no event for appointments either. What a real call would have done is shown on the test call in the Inbox.
Reset a second factor
If someone on your team has lost their phone and their recovery codes, the owner or an admin resets their second factor under Settings → Team. The person then signs in again and sets up a new second factor if your account requires two-factor confirmation.
Help & documentation
scoco.ai/en/docs/ has short guides to the main things you set up in scoco, with search and no sign-in needed. Every guide says where the setting is in the dashboard and who may change it.
Sign in with a passkey
You can now sign in without a password, with your fingerprint, face or your device's PIN. A passkey also counts as a second factor.
16 voices for your assistant
Your assistant can now speak with one of 16 voices. The most popular are listed first, and you can listen to each one before choosing.
12 templates for setup
During setup you choose from 12 templates, ten of them for an industry. The template gives your assistant fitting questions and rules, and you review the greeting yourself. You can adjust all of it afterwards.
