14:30, in a meeting at a client’s. And somewhere else, water is coming through a ceiling right now.
The AI secretary for your brokerage
scoco.ai takes claims in full — class of cover, what happened, date, callback number — reports anything urgent straight to your mobile, and answers standard questions from your knowledge base. It never confirms cover.
Your client rings you twice a year. The second time, something is on fire.
Anyone who reaches voicemail with a claim rings the insurer direct — and notices that this works too. On top of that comes the notification period: claims must be reported without delay, and two days on voicemail are two days that come back on you. After a storm, twenty clients ring in one morning and you can serve one of them. And the prospect who rings in the evening after a comparison site does not ring again tomorrow.

Five calls you know
The first is the one that counts — and the only one where your client notices what they have a broker for.
Reporting a claim
“My washing machine has flooded, the whole floor is ruined.” scoco takes the class of cover, the date of loss, what happened in note form, the item affected and the callback number, reads the number back digit by digit and asks how urgent it is. With a loss still in progress, the report goes straight to the number you have set for it.
Result for you: a complete claim report you can open a file with, instead of a callback note.
Change to a policy
“I’ve moved” or “I’ve got a new car.” scoco takes the client, the policy as the client describes it, the type of change and the effective date.
Result for you: a workable change request, with an effective date that tells you how urgent it is.
Premium question
“Why has my premium gone up?” scoco takes the client, the policy and the callback number. No statement about premiums, adjustments or reasons.
Result for you: a prepared callback you can open the file for beforehand.
New enquiry
“A colleague recommended you.” scoco takes the name, callback number, what they need and the class of cover, and books a consultation straight into your calendar if wanted.
Result for you: the appointment is made before the prospect opens the next comparison site.
Document and proof
“I need a cover note” or “my certificate of insurance.” scoco takes the client, the request and how it should be sent. No release of data, no issuing of numbers.
Result for you: a clear task with everything you need to complete it.
What reaches your mobile
Text message to the broker, 14:32:
scoco - CLAIM, in progress - Brokerage Muster Client: Ms Andrea P. Callback: 0170 2223344 Cover per client: contents Date of loss: today, approx. 13:45 What happened: washing machine hose burst, water in the living room, floor affected Situation: water still running, stopcock found and turned off Urgency: high (per client) Received: 14:32 Full text in the inbox
The same report goes by email at the same time and sits complete in the team inbox. What the client said is shown as the client’s own account.
Three ways to be reachable without sitting in the office.
When you are with a client
Forwarding from the office phone and the mobile while you are in a meeting. The report is on your phone before you are back in the car.
Evenings and weekends
Water damage does not keep office hours, and prospects compare in the evening. Both reach you.
As a front office
Existing clients ring through as always. Unknown callers are asked what it is about, and sales calls land as a summary in the inbox instead of in your client meeting.
Your broker management system
Live and verified: Google and Microsoft calendars, Google and Microsoft contacts, the scoco team inbox, and handover by text message and email. Everything else is on request.

Your broker management system is not directly connected — with no provider in this market. For the call that counts that changes nothing: a claim gets checked and opened by you anyway. What scoco does is make sure it is complete, prioritised and with you immediately, instead of sitting on voicemail for two days.
scoco.ai never confirms cover. Under no circumstances.
Whether a loss is covered depends on the policy, the terms, the excess and the facts. So the answer is always: “Your broker will look at that. I’ll take everything down so he can get started straight away.”
- No confirmation of cover, in any phrasing. Not hedged, not as a guess, not as “usually”.
- No information about what a policy contains, the premium, the excess, waiting periods or notice periods.
- No advice within the meaning of insurance mediation law. No advice record, no needs analysis, no product recommendation.
- No promise of settlement, of payment, or of an appointment with a loss adjuster.
- No cover notes, no proofs, no confirmations.
- No information about existing policies to callers. scoco cannot check who is calling.
- Where somebody is injured or in immediate danger: a pointer to 112 and 110, following the rule you have set.

An office assistant who reliably answers the phone costs you €5,534 a month, plus employer contributions, plus holiday, plus sick days — and at eight in the evening, when the claim comes in, they are at home. scoco.ai costs from €49 per month and answers then too.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
An AI must not confirm cover.
It does not. Every question about whether something is covered gets the same answer: your broker will look at that, I’ll take everything down. scoco also says nothing about premiums, excess or deadlines. It records and prioritises, nothing more — and in this business that is exactly where the value is.
My clients want to speak to me, not a machine.
They still speak to you. scoco answers when you are sitting with the next client — otherwise the alternative would be voicemail, and hardly anybody leaves a message about a claim. The difference: your client knows the report has arrived, and you ring back with the full facts instead of a question.
After a storm, twenty people ring at once.
Then scoco takes twenty calls at once. No engaged tone, no queue. By the evening you have twenty complete reports in the inbox, sorted by urgency, instead of twenty callback requests with nothing in them.
How does scoco know whether a claim is urgent?
From what the client says, and from the phrasings you have set as urgent. “The water is still running” is a different call from “something fell down three weeks ago”. scoco asks about it and reports the urgent case immediately to the number you have set for it.
What about my broker management system?
That is not directly connected, with no provider in this market. You get the report by text message and email and find it complete in the team inbox. You open the file exactly as before — only with all the details instead of a callback note.
What happens to the client data?
There are no call recordings, only a transcript and a summary, with defined retention periods and deletion on request. Servers in Falkenstein, processing in the EU. scoco gives out no information about existing policies, because it cannot check who is calling.
What does it cost?
From €49 per month (plus VAT). Four weeks free, no payment details. Cancellable monthly, no setup fee.
