Do unused included minutes expire?
Yes — included minutes apply per calendar month and do not roll over. To help you pick the right size, every plan states how many call minutes per working day it is designed for.
What happens when the included minutes are used up?
Every additional minute costs €0.15 (€0.12 with yearly prepay), billed to the second with no rounding up. Minute packages are never booked automatically.
Does the trial end automatically?
Yes. You test for 4 weeks with the full feature set and 100 minutes — no payment details. The trial ends automatically; without payment details, nothing is charged.
How does the yearly prepay work?
One payment for 12 months, rounded down to whole euros — so you save at least 15 % versus the monthly plan in every tier. Bookable only after your free trial; afterwards it continues automatically on the monthly, cancel-anytime plan.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes — the monthly plan can be cancelled every month, online. Only the yearly prepay commits you, once and transparently, for 12 months.
