scoco.ai

10:10 pm in January. A family's heating has failed, and your phone is in the living room.

The AI secretary for your plumbing and heating firm

scoco.ai tells a heating failure from a request for a quote: emergencies go straight to your on-call engineer under your own rules, with a spoken note of what it is about. Everything else arrives as a complete job, with the callback number read back digit by digit. No new number, no hardware at the office.

Voicemail doesn't take jobs.

The call comes in when both hands are on the pipe. The customer leaves no voicemail — they call the next firm. Calling back in the evening means the customer has long since said yes to someone else. In January the phone rings at ten at night, and then it is not about a quote. And one transposed digit in the callback number loses the job just as reliably as not answering at all.

Five calls you know

Every one of them ends in a concrete action at scoco.ai — not in a voicemail somebody has to listen back to.

  • Heating emergency

“Our heating is out and we have two small children.” scoco recognises the emergency words YOU have set, takes the name, address, system and callback number, and puts the call straight through to the engineer on call, saying what it is about.

Result for the engineer: they know where they are driving and what is waiting for them before they pick up.

  • Water damage

“It's dripping” and “it's under water” are two different calls. scoco asks: since when, how much, is it still running, can you reach the stopcock. Then it follows your rule.

Result for you: you drive out when you have to drive out — and not because somebody pushed on the phone.

  • Service appointment

“My boiler is due a service.” scoco takes the system, the location, the preferred window and the callback number, and books straight into your Google or Outlook calendar if you want it to.

Result for the office: an appointment you can plan around instead of a callback note.

  • Rescheduling

“I won't be there tomorrow after all.” Service rounds change daily. scoco takes the change with the appointment, the customer and what they now want.

Result for the office: the engineer does not stand at a locked door.

  • Quote enquiry

“What does a new bathroom cost with you?” scoco takes the name, location, project, timeframe and callback number. No price information, no quote, no remote diagnosis.

Result for the office: a qualified enquiry you return when you are sitting at your desk.

What scoco.ai expressly does not do for you

These limits are here and not in the small print, because they are the reason the rest is reliable.

  • No quotes and no price information. Not “roughly”, and not “something like that normally costs”.
  • No remote diagnosis. No reasoning from a fault code to a cause, no assessment of whether something is dangerous, no repair instructions over the phone.
  • No promise of when somebody will come — except through a calendar you have released.
  • No judgement of its own about whether a call is an emergency. Only the word list and the rule you have set apply.
  • No statement about warranty, guarantee or goodwill.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI recognise a real emergency?

It does not decide that itself. It checks the word list and the rule you have set — and when in doubt it puts the call through rather than reassuring anyone. You remain the one who decides what an emergency is.

What about the callback number?

scoco reads it back digit by digit and has it confirmed before the call ends. One transposed digit loses the job just as reliably as not answering at all.

Do I need a new number?

No. You set up call forwarding on your existing number, which takes about ten minutes. Nothing changes at the office, and no hardware is added.

Can I start small?

That is the recommended way: after hours and at weekends only. During the day everything stays as it is, and the expensive calls are covered all the same.

What if I run TAIFUN+ or pds?

Then the answer is an honest one: we are connected to no trade software, HalloPetra and Hey Telo are. If the job has to end up in the specialist system automatically, you are better served there. If your office checks it anyway, you get the same information from us — complete, and for a fraction of the price per minute.

Will the caller notice they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and precisely because the greeting says so. That has been mandatory since August 2026 (EU AI Act, Article 50) and it is switched on by default with us.

Try it. Right now.
