The tools for AI apps
Every tool scoco offers a connected AI app: what it does, which role may use it and which permission it needs.
A connected AI app picks the tool it needs for your question by itself. Every tool scoco offers is listed here. An app only sees the tools your role and the permissions allowed when you connected permit. What it may do overall is on Connect scoco to AI tools.
All tools
Reading tools answer at once. Tools that ask an AI model count toward the 300 tests per account and day. The transcript tool exists only when the policy shares transcripts.
Tools that change something change nothing themselves: they propose a change, with a summary scoco writes and a link. The link opens the change in scoco, where you apply it yourself. The app cannot confirm it, only withdraw it with discard_change_set. A proposal lasts 30 minutes. Phone numbers and changes that cost money you change in the dashboard.

When a tool is missing
If a tool is missing in the app, your role does not cover it, you did not allow the permission when you connected, or the account's policy does not permit it, for example transcripts that are not shared. Which role can have which permission is on Permissions for AI apps.
