Connect to Claude

In Claude you add scoco as a custom connector with the address https://mcp.scoco.ai/mcp, sign in to scoco and switch the connector on in a chat.

For all roles

On this page

Claude reads your calls, contacts and appointments through a custom connector. When you are done, scoco is available in Claude on the web, in Claude Desktop and in the Claude apps. What Claude may do is on Connect scoco to AI tools.

According to Anthropic, custom connectors are available on every Claude plan, one on the free plan. The labels below are the ones on Anthropic's help pages as of 29 October 2026.

Pro, Max and Free

  1. In Claude, open "Customize" and then "Connectors". Click "+ Add", then "Add custom connector". Anthropic's help pages also give the path "Add", then "Custom" and "Web".
  2. Enter a name, for example scoco, and the address https://mcp.scoco.ai/mcp. Click "Continue".
  3. Claude shows the sign-in it detected at scoco: "Sign in now" for authentication, and "Use Claude's published identity (Recommended)" as the OAuth client. Keep both and click "Add". Only then does scoco list Claude as a Known app.
  4. Claude says you are not connected to scoco yet. Click "Connect". The scoco sign-in opens, then the page Connect an AI tool. Choose what Claude may do and click Allow access.

Team and Enterprise

In a Team or Enterprise account, an owner of the Claude account adds the connector once for everyone: under "Organization settings", at "Connectors", with "Add", "Custom" and "Web" and the same details as above. Each member then finds scoco under "Customize" at "Connectors" and clicks "Connect".

Everyone signs in with their own scoco access. What Claude reads depends on their role in scoco.

Use it in a chat

  1. In a chat, click "+" at the bottom left, then "Connectors".
  2. Switch scoco on.
  3. Ask, for example: "Which callbacks are still open in scoco?"

Whether Claude asks before using a scoco tool is set under "Customize" at "Connectors": choose the connector, then under "Tool permissions" set each tool to "Always allow", "Needs approval" or "Blocked". The default is "Needs approval": Claude asks before each tool. In Team and Enterprise accounts the owner can restrict this for everyone, and members cannot override it. In the Claude apps for iOS and Android, a connector you added on the web or in Claude Desktop is ready after your next sign-in.

Disconnect

  • In scoco: SettingsAI access, Disconnect next to Claude. Claude loses access at once.
  • In Claude: under "Customize" at "Connectors", choose scoco and disconnect it. To remove the connector entirely, use "Remove" in the "•••" menu. In Team and Enterprise accounts an owner removes it under "Organization settings".

Access has surely ended when you disconnect in scoco: Anthropic does not say whether Claude tells scoco when you disconnect there.

Common problems

Claude reports that sign-in failed. Check the address: https://mcp.scoco.ai/mcp, with no slash at the end. Then start "Connect" again.

scoco does not answer in Claude. Is scoco switched on in the chat under "+" at "Connectors"? And is the connection listed under SettingsAI access? If it is missing there, connect again.
