A connected AI app answers questions about your account with the tools you allowed when you connected it. Here are questions to start with. You ask them in your own words, and the app picks the tools itself. How to connect an app is explained in Connect scoco to Claude, ChatGPT and others.

Examples by role

Each example is listed under the roles that may use every tool it needs. The general examples are also prompts: an app that offers MCP prompts shows them under the name in brackets, in your account's language, but only when your connection has every tool they need.

When a question should change something

An app changes nothing itself. Ask it for a rule or a knowledge entry, and it proposes the change and gives you a link. Through the link you review the change in scoco and apply it yourself. This works only if you allowed changes when connecting, with Read & change or under Customise …. Phone numbers and changes that cost money are changed in the dashboard.
