# What you can connect to scoco

> Webhooks for your own systems, Google and Microsoft 365 for calendars and contacts, and what does not exist yet.

https://scoco.ai/en/docs/integrations/

scoco passes events on to your own systems, reads calendars and address books and answers WhatsApp messages. This page lists what you can connect today and what does not exist. **Owner** and **Admin** set up webhooks, calendars, address books and WhatsApp under **Settings › Integrations**, calendars, address books and WhatsApp per assistant.

## Events to your systems

With a [webhook](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/webhooks/), scoco sends events such as "Call ended", "Summary ready" or "Appointment booked" as a signed JSON message to an HTTPS address of your choice. That is the way for your own software, a ticket system or a database.

Without software of your own, you connect [Zapier, Make or n8n](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/zapier-make-n8n/) the same way and pass the events on from there, for example to a spreadsheet or to your team.

## Calendars

Your assistant books appointments in Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. It checks free times there and enters the appointment directly. You connect a calendar per assistant, so two assistants can use two different calendars. More under [Connect a calendar](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/connect-calendar/).

## Contacts

scoco reads your address book from Google Contacts or Microsoft 365 and syncs it every six hours. That is how scoco recognises known callers, for example to [put them straight through to you](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/known-callers/). scoco never writes back to your address book. Contacts from other programs you bring in as a CSV file. More under [Contacts](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/contacts/#sync).

## WhatsApp

Your assistant also answers WhatsApp messages, with the same knowledge as on the phone. You connect your WhatsApp Business number per assistant, and the WhatsApp Business app on your phone keeps working. More under [Connect WhatsApp](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/connect-whatsapp/).

## What does not exist

- **There is currently no public REST API and no API keys.** Data leaves scoco by webhook. Contacts come in through the address book or a CSV import, your knowledge through the [knowledge base](https://scoco.ai/en/docs/knowledge/).
- **There is currently no direct connection to HubSpot or Pipedrive.** Both are listed under **Settings › Integrations** as **Not set up yet**; they cannot be connected yet. You can still pass events on to them through Zapier, Make or n8n.
